Beautiful castle and grounds. We stayed in a balcony room on the top floor - this had a large bathroom, bedroom, and semi separate sitting area (with a single bed if you had a third person). Room was comfortable, quiet and well equipt. We had 'half board' with dinner and breakfast included. Dinner was 4 courses set menu - very satisfying. Breakfast was a cold buffet and a hot meal (eggs/sausages etc) was made to order for each person. The food was good value for money. The grounds and the castle setting were magical. We enjoyed the walk around the lake. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect, it met my expectations. The room was clean, the breakfast varied and tasty, and the restaurant has a rich, tasty and authentic Hungarian selection of foods. The wellness area was quiet (being a weekday), so I enjoyed the sauna, the pool, etc. What was the best, or what meant the most to me, was the helpfulness, kindness, and friendliness of the staff. Excellent hotel. The staff are friendly and speak good English. Free parking. Good location with lake view and walking distance to the city center. Very convenient for a few days stay or just passing through (easy to get in and out of the city). The hotel provided a great breakfast.
