Great location, beautiful view to the countryside. There is a “parking place” for horses in front of the place. Our bicycles were stored I. A safe place. Dinner was exceptional, a stew made of deer, shot by one of the hosts a day before. We tasted wine produced by the hosting family and had some talk with them. It was like visiting friends.

Mrs. Biljana is really great and very helpful. She can prepare perfect breakfasts also. The house is in a pleasant quiet area, with useful above ground swimming pool. We had really great stay.

The house is very well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Beautifully maintained yard with a separate place for meals. Fragrant lavenders. Secure closed parking for two cars. Atmospheric place. The host is nice and helpful.

Good place to visit and investigate this area. A lot winneries located in this area. Also is the local beer manufacturer & sider manufacturer. Some winneries has restorans. Before visiting please check availability - is this place open

Although most places were "open" according to the opening...

Although most places were "open" according to the opening hours marked on Google Maps, on a Friday in late August, in nice and pleasant weather, everything was closed except for the Fogadó and a single wine terrace. Everything really. We find the posted prices a bit high, but we don't know what we would have gotten for it. By the way, Etyek itself is a nice and quiet place close to Pest.

Friendly people, beautiful surroundings.

Friendly people, beautiful surroundings. Excellent food, drinks and sights. Nice walking paths. Bus transportation to Budapest is easy and fast. Trying out the bike path is the next plan, many people cycle in the area, the bike paths are good. The cellar row is very cozy. The food was very delicious at a place called Stelázsi. An interesting program is visiting the Korda Film Studio.

I cannot rate Etyek, as I was only able to show my friend and fellow aid worker (Ukraine) Budapest briefly for one day - before our departure to Ukraine with the ecumenical aid organization.
