The host is incredible. He is resourceful and very kind. He was able to put together all we needed for ijen climbing in an evening while taking us to dinner. The location is amazing: view on the jungle close to the hotel and very good starting point for ijen.

Words can not express just how beautiful the bungalows, the view and the location is. It is a slice of heaven as you look out on banana trees, coffee, avocado and listen to the soundtrack of nature. It’s absolutely stunning. The hosts are exceptional and the views of the mountains are beautiful. We had a fantastic time here with a delicious home cooked supper in the local village and a memorable trip to a nearby school. So much beauty. We will return! And a tasty breakfast!

This place is the real deal! It's an amazing place to stay and get a feel for the culture and landscape. The family that owns and runs it are warm and helpful. The setting amongst the rice terraces and up on the hill is stunning. Well worth staying for a few days to soak it all in. The rooms are lovely too and it's much cooler than down in the main town. The breakfasts are great too including fresh berries from the family garden.

The location is amazing! Staying in the tents in the middle of the jungle is such a fantastic experience. The restaurant serves amazing cuisine and also the breakfast is incredible. Its also a great base for visiting Ijen and relaxing at the hotel afterwards. The staff is super friendly as well!

Beautiful accomodation between the rice fields. After a few steps you can have a beautiful view and it's silent. The food is freshly cooked whenever you ask for it with ingredients from their garden. Prices for food and transfer were absolutely fair. The room was clean, aircondition working good ;) The owners are super nice and helpful with everything. It was truly a pleasure to stay at this wonderful guesthouse run with such passion and kindness by a young couple, Wisnu and Putri. Our villa was spacious, clean and surrounded by beautiful nature. Two large rooms, a big bathroom, a cozy veranda, and a terrace overlooking the chili fields, where we could watch the women harvesting in the morning. The property also features a lovely swimming pool and an excellent small restaurant, serving freshly cooked meals made with local ingredients produced right there on site. And yes… they even have ice-cold beer! If you’re lucky, like we were, you’ll also be greeted by little Saso, their adorable daughter, whose smile makes the atmosphere even warmer and more genuine. This is the perfect place for anyone seeking an authentic experience in a small village, peaceful yet close to many local attractions.
