We stayed at this hotel at the airport for one night, arriving late and leaving early the next morning for another flight. The staff was exceptionally helpful - picking us up at our gate, helping us to get settled in for the night, giving us a wake-up call in the morning, and sending us off with a packed breakfast! The room was very quiet (amazing for being at the airport) and the facilities were very comfortable. Thank you so much!!!

I had the pleasure of staying at FM7 Resort Hotel during my recent trip to Jakarta, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from the airport, making it the perfect choice for travelers with early flights or layovers. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They truly went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their friendliness and professionalism made all the difference during my stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. It was extremely convenient, timely, and hassle-free, allowing me to easily navigate my arrival and departure without any stress. The room itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect for a restful night’s sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. It’s clear that the hotel pays great attention to detail, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Overall, I highly recommend FM7 Resort Hotel for anyone visiting Jakarta, especially those needing a hotel near the airport.
