Ayom suites is the best resort we have ever stayed in! The staff has been extremely kind and payed attention to every detail, helped us with every request or need for advice we had. The room was exceptionally clean and lovingly designed, the pool and the external space are perfect and designed to relax and escape from the caos of the city. The food was delicious and characterized by high level recipe and preparation, a mix between the traditional cousine and some occidental influences (the bread and biscuits they made are amazing as the everyday supply of different juices!) It is a beautifully designed hotel where you can see they have thought of every detail making it a top of the list hotel for Mataram. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the hotel , its rooms and facilities are designed to make you feel 5 stars. The food is good , we only had breakfast which was included with our room but is mainly catered for the Indonesian market. We did enjoy it anyways , specially the herbal teas , the healthy drinks and fruits. Fro is the location was perfect as we needed to run some errands right around the corner. Next day we took a taxi to the airport which was 45 minutes away approximately.
