Newly built bungalow - very big and super clean. Lovely family - delicious food (great for vegetarians also). Julian is an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide - hiking is great with him too. From the cottages it is about a 25 min (easy) walk to the village/beach. If not in walking mood, you will get a ride (motorbike/car). The family also arranges transfer to/from Tangkoko - very easy communication and great support.

I sailed my yacht into this bay,and paddled my s.u.p onto their beach. This resort "sunmoon"is fantastic,small, friendly,clean, good food, and great home brew beer on tap. Really good spot to base yourself, to look around Abit,relax, and chill out. I've seen lots of spots with my boat,"SV Monkeyme' cruising around Indonesia,and I got this one marked on my chart to comeback to Thankyou Andre and seska.

A beautiful hilltop villa with a lovely room, which has been very thoughtfully designed and equipped with a large comfortable bed and big windows which allow you to watch the sunset straight from your bed in the morning. The room and the entire property are very clean. The food is excellent and has a good selection of dishes thanks to the owner Ana. A big thanks to all of the staff: to Yoan for a service with a smile. To Nonce for an excellent and relaxing massage. And to Sakar for a wonderful trip around North Sulawesi. The guesthouse is located very close to the Tangkoko National Park entrance, so it is very convenient for guided walks. It is also very close to the beach and a few food/amenities places...extra points for the friendly resident ginger cat

Wonderful resort on a private beach with beautiful corals. Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful, with delicious food. Also close to national park and 1 hour drive to the airport.

Beautiful guesthouse, good value for money and very friendly and nice owners. Coffee and bananas available all the time. Organised a very good tour with the brother, and he was very keen to set up an awesome telescopic lens for me to see and take photos of the hornbills. Very satisfied

The best part of Tangkoko Ranger Homestay is it's location - it's just opposite the entrance of the national park. You can't ask for a better location. The room itself was basic but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Most importantly, Alfrets is super prompt when responding to questions and he booked all our treks into the national park. Super easy to deal with. Would recommend.
