The hotel facilities are excellent and very comfortable for working. The restaurant and breakfast were fantastic. The highlight, however, is the staff—everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Dayang at reception, who went above and beyond to help me by scanning some documents. I truly appreciate it 🫶.

Great clean room, I was just after 32 hours of travel from Ireland and the staff were so nice. Hot shower comfortable bed, room service and collection straight from the airport. Organised a lift to the port for me with the staff for the next morning. I felt very safe and comfortable.

Light fluffy pancakes morning I left, afternoon I arrived hungry, they have lovely small menu, i had nasi goreng for lunch and lovely chicken veg I curry for supper with fresh local produce. Enjoyed meeting family and friends, one of which kept me company for a walk, lovely location in rice farms etc. Also, offered scooter ride to local lake and watched net fishing and met some locals. Perhaps they don’t see many tourists, I felt like a celebrity, everyone so sweet and friendly. Especially enjoyed the sounds of call to prayer surrounding me. It is a beautifully designed hotel where you can see they have thought of every detail making it a top of the list hotel for Mataram. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the hotel , its rooms and facilities are designed to make you feel 5 stars. The food is good , we only had breakfast which was included with our room but is mainly catered for the Indonesian market. We did enjoy it anyways , specially the herbal teas , the healthy drinks and fruits. Fro is the location was perfect as we needed to run some errands right around the corner. Next day we took a taxi to the airport which was 45 minutes away approximately.
