I loved everything at The Palms, from the room to the pool and the staff. As a solo travelled I always try to find extra safe places to stay, and here I felt super safe. It’s right in the middle of Canggu and if you don’t want to rent a scooter you can just use the App “ Gojek “ and choose your affordable ride. The beach is only 7 minutes away by scooter, and there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. It was very clean, I had an initial problem with ants - I have a slight phobia and it is Bali, so there are lots of them. But they were very kind and found a solution right away. It feels more like a 5 star mini-resort than just a hotel. Loved it and would recommend it to everyone.

Unbeatable location inside the temple complex, a three minute walk to the ocean. More like a resort than a hotel. Georgeous design/layout, lush greenery everywhere, stylish pool. We stayed two nights in a villa and then one more in a bungalow. Very helpful staff helped out with a number of special needs. Wish we could have stayed much longer.

Very clean room. Very friendly crew. Good wi-fi connection. Bedlinen had a fresh smell. (Even the pillow) Location is in a very quiet corner but still close to many cafés and restaurants (max. 10 min walk, beach 15 min). For me it was perfect!

Stayed here for a couple of nights just after it opened & it was so nice. It was all brand new & well put together. It was down a quiet street, but in the heart of everything. Close to Finns and all the best cafes. Pool, gardens, gym & sauna were a big plus too. Was remotely working & wifi was great. All the staff were amazing, but a special thanks to Andi & Dede. Would def recommend.
