Tunjungan Plaza, Jalan Tunjungan, the night street food street (Jalan Genteng Besar) all are within walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and some rooms include an afternoon tea snack buffet from 3-6pm. We booked a suite - room was very clean after every housekeeping routine. The high standard of the hotel stood out by the hotel staff at ALL levels. The room was spotless, and water and bed were great. The view from the 20th floor (room 2010) was goods looking down at the traffic. Similar view from the bar located on the 21st floor. Breakfast and dinner selection were huge, with the dining room making you feel like a VIP. Did not use the pool or excise area. Location to all the places on my bucket list was easy, either walking or taxi.
