The rooms were spotless. The furniture, decor and amenities were to a very high standard. The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. Particularly the lady on reception, who kindly gave us valid information to ensure we had the best experience. It's only a 10 minute bus ride to the city centre. We felt very contented and comfortable.

    Excellent staff, bus stop outside for getting into the city centre, great to catch up with extended family . Ate our evening meal at hotel, it was great. Loved the city centre, so much history and beautiful buildings.

    We had an amazing time during our stay and the hotel met our expectations expoenentially. While the price was very high, we had known that going in since it is Dublin, but the facilities made up for this. The hotel was easily accessible by the bus ride that was a 5 minute walk away maximum and only cost 2 euros in cash. We also knew we had breakfast included, but it 100% exceeded our expectations as it was more of a restaurant style meal (you had a menu to choose from), but just a buffet style.

    Breakfast was lovely. Really liked that the food was cooked as ordered, rather than buffet. Service excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Receptionist at check in was delightful. She was so friendly and helpful and would encourage anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you .
