We had a family wedding at The Johnstown Estate. The staff were fantastic. From the cleaning staff to the bar staff and the wedding planner Jennifer (I think) everybody was lovely and doing a great job.

The house is extremely charming. Especially the breakfast area in the wintergarden that looks upon the park-like garden is enchanting. Lots of birds singing outside. Jim is a great host, we felt at home at his place. (Not suitable for people with cat allergy.)

The lodges were perfect for our family of 5 including a 6month old. We were beside the hotel to use all facilities there and yet had so much space. Communal areas for games and the fairy garden etc was fab. Highly recommend to families

This was incredible. The place to go back, without any doubts. We needed to move really early and they served good breakfast for us with tosts and coffee, you do not need more at 6 a.m. Great hotel!
