If we had a complaint it would be about the cooked breakfast it wasn't freshly cooked as far as I could see but the buffet table for the fruit and cereal was way beyond our expectations it was wonderful

The best hotel among the ones I stayed in during my trip to Ireland. Spatious, comfortable room with equally comfortable bathroom, fantastic breakfast in which all elements of full Irish breakfast are available in large quantities as buffet. Polite hotel staff and good location in the centre of Ennis, right next to the bus stop to Dublin and Clare Museum.

The kind and helpful staff went to great lengths to help me when we needed to sort out getting a lost wallet from Scotland. They helped me search for options and then helped me to book another night to sort things through. They were just amazing. The room was a comfortable refuge while we sorted out what to do. This apartment was lovely. Very clean, modern and cosy. It's in a quiet area and Lynda was very helpful. Loved what she prepared for us for breakfast and also loved that there are some games and toys for kids. Our only regret was that we only had one night in this lovely apartment. Will definitely recommend it to others.
