From the moment I got there the staff was excellent .. they were friendly and did whatever they could to make our stay enjoyable .. The front desk attendant TOMER and the rest of the staff always had a smile on their face. The Hotel was the first in Modiim and I look forward to returning back to it again ... This is my second time at Rephael hotel, great staff, nice and quite rooms. Next time hope not to visit the bomb shelter during the night. Hope israel will finish Yemen soon :)

Upon arrival the staff at Cramim was there for us. We arrived when it was raining and they made sure to get our luggage. Check in was quick, and then we immediately went to the spa to schedule a massage. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious. We stayed there for hours just relaxing while looking at the mountains. The spa was really nice, but the food was the highlight. The breakfast and dinner were excellent.
