From the moment I got there the staff was excellent .. they were friendly and did whatever they could to make our stay enjoyable .. Our experience started even before we arrived. The hotel reception manager Osher really helped us sort out our booking to accommodate our changed travel requirements. He communicated via WhatsApp & email to set my mind at rest. We were warmly greeted by Ilya who also assisted us with any request, nothing was too much trouble for these 2 men. Thank you Osher & Ilya. The hotel managed my dietary requirements & made special treats for me, this was most appreciated. The rooms were spacious & clean. The hotel is situated close to the station which was so convenient (no noise from the station) A really great breakfast was provided & beverages & snacks were available all day on the 10th floor. This was a 1st class hotel experience

This hotel has been our home away from home in Jerusalem for years now, and it never disappoints! It's located in a quiet area, with a public (and free) parking lot just a couple of minutes on foot from the hotel; I'd suggest to have a car, because while there are a few restaurants nearby, if you want to go to Jerusalem city centre it's the best way. A big bonus of this hotel is the garden, an oasis of calm, beautiful in every season. The services and amenities are excellent and the staff goes out of their way to make guests feel home (thank you so much, we really feel part of the Alegra family!). Our favourite room is in the main building, with direct access to the garden (and when possible, the hotel accomodates our special request, like they did this time), but I can assure you that also the rooms in the building right opposite the street have the same beauty, unique style and another little garden (but guests are always welcome to come to the main building to enjoy the garden and the dining room/coffee corner). I highly recommend, at least one morning during your stay, to indulge in the rich, fresh and absolutely delicious breakfast (Israeli, with salad, bread, cheese, eggs, shakshuka... but you'll also find something if you prefer a sweet treat to start your day) - and the dining room is stunning and full of light, too!
