New property hence clean hopefully same will continue as owner himself is taking care of everything. Good to stay with family as rooms are clean and service is also good. Staff is supportive & polite. Beach is around 900 meter away from property ( walkable) also can take car till beach where free parking is available near beach. We enjoyed Bonfire as it was very cold during our stay. I didn't try food at resort so cant comment on food quality. Parking space available. Enjoyed !

I had a wonderful stay at Exotica Beach Retreats. The location was absolutely picturesque and beautiful, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. The food served at the resort was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the meals. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Exotica for a peaceful vacation.
