I didn't have that much expectations to be honest, as the rating was not so good. I was looking for a smart & cozy place, which is close to park Street, but not amongst the mad crowd of New Market & park Street. When we went there, we all loved it at the first look. Its a Hundred years old building renovated nicely with the old charm keeping intact. There are beautiful pictures & paintings in the wall of the corridors & at all the rooms. When we walked through the corridor, it felt like we were walking through the history line. The lifts of hotel are pieces of antique beauty. The rooms were big, clean & superb. The staffs were very cordial. Overall atmosphere of the hotel was amazing. I'll definitely stay there again & recommend others.

The excellent support and cooperation. I missed my laptop bag inside Almeria, that was noticed after sitting on Train for next journey. When We just informed him, he will take immediate follow up & handover bag to my colleague. Even he was ready to send bag 🎒 by DTDC Courier to my address. Their curtsey was so impressive.
