Helpful Clean and wellbehaved. Plants inside hotel made me feel good. Decent rooms Hot water available all the time. Travelled goa multiple times but never found hot water in the middle of night (as a matter of fact) any where in budget/mid range hotels At 3 am, I called reception personal number for water, he got up and provided me packaged water. Must recommended if you are looking for decent hotel with free wifi hot water etc

The rooms were nice and modern, air conditioning was a life saver, showers were a good pressure. The staff were exceptional went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Special mention to Jaganath, Ravi, Laxmi and Claive amazing work and so so friendly.
