Avinash and Ritu were amazing hosts and they helped us explore the place in a very local way. They arranged a Jeep safari and an elephant safari for us. The place is calm and the birds in the morning are amazing to watch. We have also seen a few hornbills for the first time on their property. The bamboo house was no doubt an awesome thought and work of art.

The huts have been designed very well. They are cosy, neat and clean. The linen is freshly washed. The toilet clenliness is up to the mark. The staff is very prompt to serve any requirement. Beautiful colonial style property surrounded by tea plantations. Mr. Rishav is very charming snd attentive host who makes sure every guest is well looked after by his team. Excellent home-made food. The property is located a very short distance to Kaziranga Eastern range; whilst reaching both the Central and Western ranges takes cca 30, resp. 40 minutes by car.

Mr.Chhetri the owner is a very friendly and courteous person. He helped us to book the Elephant safari in advance. Which is advisable . Same day booking is bot possible. Jeep safari through him is the cheapest. Beautiful and spacious property. We had food in a restaurant suggested by him . The food was great. Even the food prepared by his kitchen is also good.

The hotel’s staff (Govin) is very kind, he even picked me up from the bus stop which I did not expect! And he took me around the area after check-in, showing me the villages and tea gardens before dropping me at the Orchid park. Food was good and affordable. Room is clean with comfortable bed and air conditioning. It’s quiet (was refreshing to be able to sleep without earplugs), location is serene and within walking distance to local market and bus stop, as well as a short 5 minute drive from the Central safari zone.
