The staff were very helpful, especially Rakia in Reception during the day, always with a smile, Manish during night was good we forgot our room cards alot always helped. And I like to mention the Bell boy didn't get his name, always there with smile and helped everyone around.

A good location about 10 min walk from shops and restaurants. The staff were very attentive to any needs and the room was a good size and spotless. Very quiet for a great nights sleep and there is the roof top for a view of the city. I had breakfast one morning too with custom omelette which was very tasty and with speedy service.

I loved the hospitality of the phenomenal staff. They were extremely helpful and hospitable and accommodated all of our needs so swiftly. From providing us with an iron to bringing up extra towels and other items, no request was too big. The breakfast was out of this world and the variety was just perfect. From the karak cha stand to the freshly made aloo piranthas and lassi, service was always with a smile. There is no other place to stay in Jalandhar. The assistant manager, Mr. Manjeet Kumar deserves a special thanks due to his fantastic attention to detail, and it is clear that the staff are managed effectively and want to provide the best service possible too. Well done Fortune Avenue, and we look forward to visiting again soon.
