I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Maple Leaf in Ahmedabad. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities provided. The location of the hotel is excellent—centrally situated and easily accessible to major attractions and business areas. Fantastic property, very new so it's very well maintained. Many things to do, with small kids as well. The service from each and every staff member was top notch. The food at the restaurant was great across all our meals and the staff was very accommodating of our special requests as well.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hyatt Ahmedabad for my Diwali holiday. The staff were exceptionally helpful, polite, and accommodating, displaying the highest level of professionalism in their guest services. Each morning, I truly enjoyed a fresh and flavorful Gujarati breakfast, which came with a delightful twist of continental options yet remained authentically Gujarati. The dining experience was exceptional, with attentive staff who were eager to recommend something new from the delicious, king-worthy menu. Ah, I’m already missing that warm, homely aura as I leave! The hotel’s modern electric cars provided a smooth and stylish ride, making transportation a real pleasure. And let me not forget the spa—where the strong pressure massage was divine—as well as the well-equipped gym and refreshing swimming pool. Great location, extremely helpful and supportive staff, well trained and ever-alert house keeping, amazing reception and customer relation. I would rate this hotel above 5 star. This was my 5th stay in this hotel in last 4 months. I have never thought of looking for any other hotel in the city. While all staffs, from security to reception, housekeeping and restaurant are well trained to make guests happy, I wish to name Ms. Pranjal of customer service and Mr. Ashish of house keeping specially this time.

We're a couple of backpackers and this was the most helpful staff we met since we landed in India. Deeply appreciate their honesty and the effort they put to help us booking our transports. The room was clean and comfortable, they gave us all kinds of amenities to make our stay pleasant. The laundry service is fast and not too expensive. The breakfast is various and convenient. Totally worth the money!

All the staff at the hotel were excellent and very attentive. The whole hotel was very clean. The breakfast was vegetarian and very tasty and plentiful. The staff in breakfast area very efficient and very helpful. The laundry was done very well. Overall Excellent and we would come again to the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel!
