Super clean. New furniture. Super helpful staff. You can see how they are making an effort so the place is comfortable and nice. The only disadvantage is that the location is far from the city center but on the other hand you are super close to the train station 5-10 minutes walk. If I go to Jammu I would stay again here. Thank you so much to the staff

Staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Both night and day staff were fresh and helpful, with the bonus of knowing English. A The complimentary items are on call and delivered promptly. Being next to Mc Donalds was great cause we woke up after Breakfast. Hotel isn't strict and allows outside food. Additional bed charges aren't excessive and rooms are comfortable. Smart TVs are available, just need to log into your Netflix or Prime The hotel is smart, but certain areas are in need of an upgrade.

I recently got a chance to visit jammu and I booked a property by the name plaza 14 which was located close to bahu plaza. It was at a walking distance from to the railway station. It was a good budgeted property and the best part was the staff was very cooperative. They extended my checkout from 12 noon to 5 pm in the evening on my request without any extra charges. The hotel is very neat and clean and newly build plus with each and every basic facility available and i would recommend it to everyone. I would definitely like to revisit this property again….
