Spotlessly Clean hotel. It’s very close to the market square yet it’s tucked away in a corner and is away from the hustle bustle of the crowd. The staff are extremely professional, warm, proactive. If I requested anything they would address it immediately. Never had to ask them again. The rooms are so clean, the beds very comfortable and the coffee at breakfast was super! The owner is very hands on at the property, very interested in the well being of his guests. I highly recommend this place! It’s usually sold out so book well in time. They have a new hotel close by so one can get rooms there also! The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice, gave us some good advice on shopping etc. very polite staff! Thanks! We will be back!

The location was great. 2 mins walk to the Dalai Lama temple, the restaurants and market was also a 2 minute walk. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Overall a great stay. The live band at night was also a great addition. And food was also great.

All the staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from the Dalai Lama Temple, which makes it perfect for exploring the area. The view from my room overlooking the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel restaurant serves very tasty food, and the bar offers a wide selection of drinks at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place for its warm hospitality, great food, and stunning views.
