I recently stayed at the las palmas hotel in Munnar near devikulam. The hotel is surely one of the greatest hotel in and around Munnar as it is quite outside the city of around 5 km it is easy to manual around and have a less traffic the rooms are very much spacious and customer service from the staffs are very polite and a very gentle and friendly manner to top on that the food they serve in the restaurant in the first floor is very good it is homely and it is very tasty and affordable

This place was a truly beautiful find. We had booked 2 rooms for me, my brother, Kurt partners and my mom. The rooms were fantastic - absolutely stunning and so so clean and right by the pool too! We got up early in the morning to catch a gorgeous Munnar sunrise and had delicious breakfast with beautiful jam made with strawberries from their organic garden. All of the staff were more than accommodating and happy to help us out with all of our requests. We even took a nice tour through their spice gardens. The only negative is that we didn’t get to stay longer as we were on a very short trip through Kerala. But I highly recommend this quaint spot and we will definitely be coming back to try their spa packages!

We had a wonderful stay at Bracknell Forest. Excellent hospitality and good staff. All are very supportive and addressed and resolved all our queries very quickly. Full marks for cleanliness and food quality. We do activities like plantation walks and bonfires we enjoyed a lot. The property is very well kept and the rooms are very neatly equipped. The attitude and friendly smiling faces of all the staff make the experience all the more enjoyable. Overall very nice and comfortable stay enjoyed myself with my family. Will repeat - Yes sure definitely recommend it for a family vacation. Overall it is a great place to stay. Would love to come back.
