The location and views from the property are totally awesome. both breakfast and supper was great. my wife went for the Ayuverdic massage. The lady Aarcha was great and really provided the most relaxing and rejuvenating massage.

Location, rooms, staff attentiveness. Initially had some hiccups but staff rectified them quickly. Road to the resort rough for about 900m but once you reach the resort you will find peace. Owner of the resort personally looked after every guest and their needs. Superb

Nestled in verdant, sylvan surroundings, Aveda Mountains & Mist, Munnar, where we spent 2 nights has exceeded all our expectations. Everything, from the rooms, linen, the choice of food items, were exceptional. Above all, the GM Mr Surendran & his dedicated Team were always willing to walk the extra mile with a smile. We plan to spend a longer stay at Aveda in the near future. Pia & S K Chowdhuri. This was a two-day large family group stay which turned out to be truly memorable in every respect. In addition to the resort’s beautiful and tranquil location with outstanding views, the service was absolutely exceptional. The resort has beautiful landscaped gardens and a clean swimming pool. The cottages and rooms are very modern, comfortable and clean. Every staff member was courteous and respectful and always ready to help. However, General Manager, Mr Surendran and chef, Mr Raghunath deserves special mention for their leadership and excellent attention to our needs which ensured a hassle free and truly happy experience. We felt very well looked after and their hospitality was genuine and superb. We will also never forget the excellent and sumptuous dinners prepared by chef Raghunath and his team and we really felt spoilt. Thank you ever so much for making our stay such a wonderful experience. We are determined to return to Aveda for a longer stay. Drs Dutt and family from Calcutta

Munnar has everything for everybody.

Munnar has everything for everybody. Trekking experiences, wildlife experiences, national park experiences and viewpoints. Favorite Spots, the Eravikulam National Park, Echo Point Kayaking, Elephant Spotting point, Trekking at the Chokramudi peak, Kolukkumalai sunrise view point, Couple Ziplining at Adventron. Sarvana bhavan in the central Munnar was our goto place and SAP aka SREE ANNAPOORANI PURE VEG. They had enough veg delicacies of both local and outside.

Munnar is a nature lovers delight.

Munnar is a nature lovers delight. Everywhere your eyes go there is immense beauty. Also the place is well kept and neat. We felt 2 days was a bit tight for us but we thoroughly enjoyed the place, the good food and the amazing nature!

Definitely would recommend visit to Munnar especially for...

Definitely would recommend visit to Munnar especially for the following three attractions 1. Kannan Devan Tea factory visit 2. Pottas farm Fish spa and ecstasy ride 3. Punarjani Kalaripayattu and Kathakali show (4:30 pm onwards)

the resort is located from munnar around 14 km , the resorts is located at Gap Road where there is always misty clouds , which make you feel like you are in the clouds , its always a good climatic condition feels like in Kashmir, the Restaurant food is so tasty and the staff is good , the restaurant has a natural enviroment feelings, The room has a good view from bedroom toards the hills which is covered with clouds , the best place to stay with family and kids enjoy the nature of the forest, Tea plantation , waterfalls , the resorts has equpied with playing for kids and teenagers, overall the resorts is good for all person who wants to enjoy the Hills view

MUNNAR ITSELF IS BEAUTIFUL PLACE FILLED WITH ENERGY, GREENARY EVERYWHERE , WATERFALLS ,TEA GARDENS ,BUT THE REAL FUN IS WHEN YOU WAIT FOR LONG TO SEE WILD ELEPHANT'S AND WHEN THEY APPEAR IN FRONT OF YOU FROM THE JUNGLE IT'S THE MOMENT YOU WANT TO CAPTURE ,TO EAT YOU HAVE LOT OF OPTION'S OF VEG AND NON VEG .BUT BEEF BIRYANI IS AWESOME .

The location and the view from the whole hotel, room, pool, restaurant is paradise. The activities, pool and the room are all very clean and sanitised. Overall it was the best hotel we’ve been in India. When you go to Kerala, Munnar it’s a must to go to this hotel.

The hotel is in a tea plantion. Woindows on both sides of the room with very nice views. As it is away from Munnar town, either eat on the rooftop or have to take a tuctuc. The food is good.
