The room, the food, the staff, the excursions, the weather, the (heated!) infinity pool on the roof, etc.. - Highly recommended! Arya, the lady from the front office, is a treasure and fulfilled every conceivable wish. Many thanks to Arya and the entire Panoramic Getaway team! We had a great time at the Santhi Hill View resort. The rooms are clean, the view is beautiful and we enjoyed chilling on the balcony and listening to the sounds of nature. The food there is fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend you to eat at their restaurant!

A Magical New Year’s Experience in the Heart of the Indian Jungle We had the privilege of spending New Year’s Eve at this incredible property, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Nestled in the middle of the Keralan jungle, the location itself is stunning, offering a peaceful and unique atmosphere. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional service from the staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs. Their warmth and friendliness made us feel truly welcome, and we were so grateful for their attentiveness throughout our stay. The New Year’s Eve celebration was absolutely spectacular! The buffet offered an impressive array of authentic, mouthwatering dishes, and the variety was beyond what we expected. The evening was filled with lively entertainment, including a DJ and a breathtaking fireworks display, making it a magical way to ring in the new year right in the heart of the jungle. The property itself is beautifully maintained and stylish, with every corner thoughtfully designed. Even outside of the festive season, it’s the perfect destination to immerse yourself in nature, relax, and recharge. The infinity pool was a highlight, offering stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere. A special thank you to Manager Gokhul, whose hospitality truly stood out. He graciously allowed us to fly our drone and capture the breathtaking beauty of the property. Throughout our stay, he was incredibly accommodating and made us feel like part of the family. As we checked out, we were touched by the thoughtful gesture of homemade cookies and cakes as a farewell gift. Leaving this paradise was bittersweet – we were so sad to go and already planning our next visit. We can’t wait to return to this amazing place!

Everything, from the rooms, linen, the choice of food items, were exceptional. Above all, the GM Mr Surendran & his dedicated Team were always willing to walk the extra mile with a smile. We plan to spend a longer stay at Aveda in the near future. Pia & S K Chowdhuri. This was a two-day large family group stay which turned out to be truly memorable in every respect. In addition to the resort’s beautiful and tranquil location with outstanding views, the service was absolutely exceptional. The resort has beautiful landscaped gardens and a clean swimming pool. The cottages and rooms are very modern, comfortable and clean. Every staff member was courteous and respectful and always ready to help. However, General Manager, Mr Surendran and chef, Mr Raghunath deserves special mention for their leadership and excellent attention to our needs which ensured a hassle free and truly happy experience. We felt very well looked after and their hospitality was genuine and superb. We will also never forget the excellent and sumptuous dinners prepared by chef Raghunath and his team and we really felt spoilt. Thank you ever so much for making our stay such a wonderful experience. We are determined to return to Aveda for a longer stay. Drs Dutt and family from Calcutta
