She has attention to detail and leaves no stone unturned to make your stay comfortable. Sapphire Blue also has a world class cook, the food was not only for the taste but for the soul. Food was really good. We had evening snacks, dinner and breakfast. They all were delicious ! Restaurant decor is nice . We stayed in superior room which was pretty spacious.
