The hotel is owned by a family and they are all so lovely and helpful! Very nice to deal with everyday, and showed us a room with a better room we could upgrade to for a smaller price. The place is tucked away in a quiet street but close to everything you need. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the fan and AC work great. Nice view from the rooftop and the common area upstairs. You can also buy cold water downstairs. Loved our stay, great value for money! Highly recommend

Had a very pleasant stay. The staff was polite, helpful, and always available. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A big plus is the location it is very close to the temple, which made our visit extremely convenient. Highly recommended.

Guest House near the main Temples but it's not so close from the road so it's not too many noise. It's new guest house and clean. And there are friendly family who control this hotel. You can order the transfer and food. Thank you for your help!

I am more then happy to share my experience, hotel is completely new with comfortable beds, and if you are traveling solo or with family and don’t want to stay far from the center, restaurants and Ram Raja temple, which is the main temple in Orchha therefore Shri Serju Palace is a better option with good value for money and specially the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Fully recommended 🙏🏽🕉️

I like the behaviour of the staff very much. Rooms are spacious and the resort is really good with all amenities. Best place to stay with family. There is ample space for children to play . We are very happy to spend our holiday in this resort. Location of the resort is very good. The food is soo tasty 😋
