This hotel really exceeded all I knew in terms of Customer Focus! It was amazing to see literally every single employee, on a sample of 10+ people, trying everything they could to make my stay as good as possible. Specially Basharat (ready to manage a 5-stars hotel chain in my opinion, very professional and effective), Samir (the kindest waiter there could be), Imran (efficient and customer oriented) and Atiqur, the General Manager who carefully organized everything and went beyond the extra mile to support. Besides the rooms were spacious, the gym is very well equipped and the pool is an oasis after a long day on the cold and dry weather.

This stay is very close to the airport, and is in a very peaceful gated community. Manzoor ji was very helpful and accommodating. It was super clean and the view from the balcony is extremely serene and peaceful. Manzoor ji can cook like a pro and will make you feel at home. I highly recommend this stay.
