The location is convenient, and the overall ambience of the hotel is relaxing. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the food was delicious with good variety. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service. Will definitely come back again! The hotel reception - Resin was the first person I saw and I was feeling uneasy since i was staying at the hotel remote from the rest of the team and he made me feel safe and comfortable. He quickly took care of me - he deserves a promotion as he explained the hotel information as well. The cook is pheonominal - they know how to cook for foreigners - I am from USA and I was in India hotel and I cannot eat much spicey food and the selection was great. It was also very clean. The House keeping was excellent - and in general i rate a 10. I recommend anybody who is foreigner especially to stay there if you are in Hyderabad and you will be treated well. Especially the fact that they value of treatment is great.

Ours was a short trip, so we stayed only one for one night. We specifically wanted to stay near the airport and didn't want to go to the city, so we chose this hotel after looking at Booking.com. The staff was cordial and always at our service. Stay was comfortable.

This hotel is a number 1 con they book a room for 1412 rupees which is so small and shower is on top of the loo with no where to hang your clothes. There is no hot water. He did offer me an upgrade but the cost was 3 times more true the room was much better. This room had curtains but no window and water pipes through the middle of the room and leaking in the bathroom you can hear the water drip. Honestly it is nothing like advertised actually I have my mind to ask for a refund so terrible accommodation. I got up 5 in the morning and both manager and the porter were fast asleep. I did tell them I checking out 5am

I thought I was staying at a hotel next to the airport.

I thought I was staying at a hotel next to the airport. This was the only reason for booking there (my flight got in at 02.00, and I wanted somewhere to crash before going on to Hyderabad itself). It’s actually 4 miles from the airport, and in an area where there seem to be a few cheap hotels and not a lot else.

Their promises on the website were completely flaunted. There was no hot water for shower, no towel, soap, drinking water, dust-bin, lift, A/C, staff. The bed spread and pillow covers were dirty. This so-called hotel should not be allowed to function defrauding innocent travelers.

The highways are excellent.

The highways are excellent. But once you step out of the highway the roads are pathetic, full of potholes. There are flies everywhere, the place is not hygienic. Most of the nearby restaurants are not attractive to visitors.

Don't book rooms from booking.com as I have seen what they promise we don't get that. They showcase different and when you reach property you will not get the facilities reflected in their app. When I went to for chekin they didn't allow me and I have to wait for 2 hours

This was my second stay at this hotel. There was an electrical issue at the hotel on this day, but the hotel management accomodated us in another hotel owned by the same group. This room was comfortable enough, but additionally, there was breakfast available, and a walled covered parking spot available for our car. We forgot to collect our ID proofs after checkin, and the hotel management was kind enough to courier it to us after our stay. Thank you for this special courtesy. Will visit this place again whenever I am staying at Shamshabad.

The hotel is conveniently placed by the side of NH44 near Hyderabad Airport. Sufficient parking space is available and the staff were very cooperative. Amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
