I have been throughout NE but this has been one of the greatest experience. Dorjee and family are super awesome at hosting folks, and making sure the stay experience is memorable. Dorjee is a college going, fun loving guy who will make sure you have what you need while staying. He made us visit nearby villages and sat late nights singing and sharing fun mountain stories. This place is also a great place for pet buddies as this property is well barricaded, making sure your pets are free to roam around lawn and take sun baths pr play.

Tucked away in Lungkhar Village, right off NH-13 (strategically placed opposite an Indian Oil petrol pump, because even your car deserves a break), this place is a hidden gem. The food was nothing short of excellent—so good that I briefly considered extending my stay just for another meal. They welcomed us with warmth and bid us farewell like royalty, which made leaving that much harder. The rooms? Spacious, comfy, and packed with all the amenities you’d need. But the real showstopper? The morning walk down to the river. If tranquility had a home, this would be its backyard. It was so peaceful, even my city-stressed soul felt rejuvenated.
