I didnt like anything. The hotel manager didn't allow me and family to stay. According to him I didnt make an advance payment which I was happy to pay to but got no intimation to pay so I didn't pay. After driving for hours and hours he straight away denied saying we have no rooms and get yourself removed from the property. I belive if the hotel owner wants the customers to pay then they need to call/atleast send an sms such that customer can pay upfront. Worst experience ever.

For a town like Bapatla and the alternative options available, I would say this is one of the highest quality hotels in the 3 star tier. The rooms are clean (most important) and well presented on arrival. The location is central. The staff are friendly and speak English well.
