I wish I could've stayed here for a few days. The area is beautiful, the cabin was very pleasant and clean. I loved the hot tub by night. When I go back to Iceland I hope I get to go back here too!

The location was excellent—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to Akureyri. The hotel was clean, and the rooms had been recently renovated. Additionally, I accidentally booked for the wrong date (a day earlier), but the owner was very understanding and accommodating, allowing us to change the reservation to the correct day on the same day we arrived.

Situated in central Akureyri, Centrum Hotel offers free parking and brightly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi access. Akureyri Public Swimming Pool is 500 metres away.

The breakfast, the possibility of using a house fully equipped next to the hotel, great location and very confortable rooms. They also clean then daily. The WiFi is awesome, and there is a shared area very confortable if you need to work or use your computer.

Absolutely exceptional place. The staffs were amazingly friendly, the breakfast great selection, and the room was so elegantly designed. To some, the room may be on the smaller side, but really, if you're doing a short stay, its really more than enough. Just take a moment to enjoy and notice all the small details that this family had spent time and effort putting into every little thing they present (the toilet paper, the glazed cups, the umbrella!....so many little charming details).

This hotel is centrally located on Akureyri's pedestrian street, by the Eyjafjördur Fjord. It offers in-room tea/coffee makers, dry cleaning services.

My room was very nice and comfortable. Hotel was clean and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the botanical gardens. The food at the restaurant was very good. I would like to mention that the staff were very helpful. Akureyri is a nice place to visit and you can take a day trip to Grimsey Island.
