The staff were so friendly and welcoming, every one of them from reception, to the bar staff, breakfast staff and the cleaning staff all went that extra mile to make our stay wonderful. The hotel is very warm and cosy and provided free coffee and cakes at reception throughout the day. It was -13 when we were there and Iceland was covered with snow.. The room was cosy open plan and had a kitchen island so we had fresh wster and coffee making facilities. At the back of Kvosin Downtown Hotel we got the best photographs of the Northern Lights. It is very central, everything was in walking distance fron the Ice bar, the Rainbow street, restaurants cafes and shops, most tour bus stop were within 2 minutes from the hotel.

Fantastic location and very comfortable. Check in was super easy and we particularly like that tea, coffee, milk and juice were provided as basic. This was super handy in the morning and cost saving also. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was organised into perfection. Staffing gentle, polite, friendly. Hotel Bar and Restaurant. Delicious choice of small dishes. Great service even prepared to have the hands burned on hot dishes to keep guests satisfied. Very kind and friendly. Our stay at Tower Suites in Reykjavik was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the sheer beauty of the location.
