Absolutely wonderful! Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service. The ambiance of the place is warm and inviting, making you feel comfortable the moment you step in. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The location, perfect for seeing (or trying to see) the northern lights. It's very close to the village of Hofn (12 minute drive) and about an hour drive from Jokulsarlon glacier lake. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, amazing views. The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities needed.

Location is nice. We were just traveling and needed a place to sleep for the night. It was ideal for our occasion. Even though we did not meet the owners, check in and out was easy and simple. Very clean facility despite the fact that a lot of people were also sleeping there. Definitely recommend this facility.

We had very quiet apartment, nice view and parking just behing us. The area is easily accesible and really not far from Hofn. Although there is no pub/store etc.

An incredible place! This is where we saw a mind-blowing display of the Northern Lights. It's really worth it to book a room with a view to the glacier, it was one of the best views we've ever had in a hotel room. And we were also able to admire the Northern Lights from the comfort of our room :)

Great place to stay next to road Nr 1 in the southeast part of Iceland. Checking in and out is very easy and flexible (self checkin available if you arrive late), the room has everything you need for a few day long stay including: hair dryer, towels, bedsheets, kettle, tea, coffee, TV with english channels, hangers, carpark etc. Maybe a small fridge would be handy but since we were staying there in the middle of November, our car's trunk just did the job 🙂 The room was clean and spaceous for two of us. The crew is very friendly and helpful as well!
