Everything was great! The location is perfect to see the northern lights. The restaurant had amazing food. The staff was really kind. We were delighted!

Every staff member was incredibly friendly. The dinner and beer here were also excellent—I highly recommend making a reservation for your meal. The hotel offers an aurora alert service, and I was lucky enough to witness my very first aurora experience in Iceland right here. I was absolutely thrilled! The hotel also provides free coffee and hot chocolate, which was perfect after chasing the aurora in the cold. Enjoying a cup of hot chocolate afterward truly felt like one of life's beautiful moments.

Very comfortable rooms with kettle and fridge (ask for fresh milk from bar for tea). Lovely sauna. Amazing views. Very friendly staff. Dinner was excellent.

We loved everything! The staff was amazing and super friendly. Good food, great price and even better service. We saw the aurora 2 times, thanks to the wake up call! Loved the hottubs, you even get a discount voor Myvatn Nature Bathes!!

Liked everything about the property. We had a nice large room facing the waterfall. Big bathroom as well. Stayed here for three nights. Food in the restaurant was good and everyone at the hotel was super friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed in a Superior King room and loved it! The room is spacious, nicely decorated, with all the needed amenities. It’s located a bit further away from two main blocks, and thus is quieter. A great bed with a selection of pillows (my neck was complaining after several hotels offered only very think pillows), a sitting area and well heated bathrooms (we stayed in Jan, it was important :) Loved the restaurant of the property. The breakfast was very nice, the dinner selection coould be bigger / different, but the dishes we ended up trying were good.
