The staff (a young lady) is very friendly :). There is also a cute cat named "Cat" welcomed us. The room is big, beautiful and clean with a private bathroom. There is a beautiful church nearby. I had a good time here. I like here :)

Everything was perfect! The cabin was impeccably clean and well-organized, and the host was incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is excellent for viewing the Northern Lights—I was lucky to witness an incredible show. Even though I booked just 30 minutes before arriving, everything was ready for me. It is a great location facing the mountains of northern Iceland—an hour or so to Akureyri and 5 minutes from the end of the F35 inland route. We loved the cosiness of the area and house. The heating was very good, and the shower was decent too. It can be slightly small for four people, but we managed. We loved having visits by the resident dog! She was so friendly; we could have played with her all day!

Free parking and is in a very quiet area near the river and in the middle of the mountains. It’s very beautiful in the morning when the mist is covering parts of the mountains. It’s natural. The location is not very far from Blonduos which restaurants and other amenities are.

Amazing breakfast, clean rooms, large bathroom, hot tub, regular pool. The hotel used to be a school, so there are also interesting bits of history to learn. Raymond at the reception was very kind and helpful. Even though we were the only guests at the hotel, he prepared an amazing breakfast for us and helped with everything we needed. Easily accessible from the ring road. I'd visit this place again.
