We stayed for one night for the concert and this is the perfect place to stay if you want to visit Forum. It is literally 10-15 min walk away. There are some restaurants around the hotel and also few shopping malls. The rooms are nice and quiet. One of the guys at the reception ( I think Asian) was very nice and helpful, another one was arrogant and unfriendly. After the concert, the hotel bar was open and they served hot sandwiches and coffee and all other drinks. This was amazing coz it was 1 am and it was not easy to find a place to drink at that time. Breakfast was amazing. They have a real Illy coffee machine and not just some "fake coffee" like in other places around the world. I would definitely come back.

Since Milano downtown accommodation is too expensive, we chose this hotel. It is a correct decision. Form central station of Milano, by taking M2 (green line), the final stop is the destination. Getting out of the station you can see the hotel which located 200~300 meters away. The breakfast was our pleassure! Lots of choices are waiting for you.

Great hotel - decent location, specially if you want to go shopping at Serravelle as well as be not too far from Milan center. Decent sized rooms and comfy beds. Though close to the highway but not noisy at all. Value for money.

80euros for a night in February (Sunday) was an incredible value. Other nights could have been up to 140e. Clean, warm room with a nice view (4th floor) Hotel was looking great Breakfast offers many choices There is also a barista that makes coffee and was one of the best espresso's I had in Italy.

Loved the location, it's perfect if you're going to a concert at the Unipol Forum. But also perfect for trips to Milan, avoiding the ZTL since the metro is just a 10min walk away. The apartment is really great, spacious, the two bedrooms are big and there's also two bathrooms which is really great. Parking is also available for free, but if you arrive at night time there's a high chance you won't find a space.

Very clean and comfortable. All of the furniture is new and nicely arranged. Bathroom products are of a very good quality. The dining room is well equiped for all your needs, with some aditional things - such as water station and coffee machine. It's situated in a very quiet area, a short walk away from the bus station. As a solo traveler, I felt save and wellcome, without any disturbance.

The location is beautiful and really close to the subway. The staff was so nice in every way possible, they always helped when we needed them, they were really nice. We ate at the hotel restaurant and it was really good, Recommend it 100%. Will surely come back!

Staff was cold and ineffective.

Staff was cold and ineffective. Waited 35 minutes at the bar for water as none was made available with the room, and locals kept cutting in front of us so we gave up and risked drinking tap water. One towel was given for the two of us. Room service was pushing us out 30 minutes before checkout. Breakfast was very nice for 20-euro.

Assago is a featureless suburb of Milan, with only modern plaza-type buildings. Do not go here looking for history or beauty. It is functional, has many shops and (American-style)restaurants. I found it soul destroying; I only stopped here because it was convenient for my long car journey.

The Assago area is a very convenient area outside of Milan...

The Assago area is a very convenient area outside of Milan and next to the Assago Milanofiori Forum metro. It is next to nice restaurants like Da Kiko and with very nice streets and buildings. It is also a very safe area with many locals, which I would definitely choose again on my next stay in Milan!

The area of Milan is extremely well-equipped with amenities and well-connected to the forum. I found it very well-maintained and functional. I even walked around at night and, contrary to my expectations, felt safe and at ease.

Quiet, clean residential area with great potential... shopping center, gym, cinema and several places to eat... very convenient to park and take the metro to go into the city without running into any limited traffic zones

The room was clean, the entire hotel maintained and the staff helpful. The hotel is very close to the subway, just be aware that it runs every 30 minutes on Sundays. The area was quiet. The breakfast was excellent. Great choice and good coffee from a quality coffee machine, prepared by a barista.

So clean , better than a hotel room ! Felt like a superior suite but with kitchen and all equipment . The apartment is brand new and has everything you could ask for . Kitchen is fully equipped with new utensils, even smallest tools are in there

That was a wonderful choice! Few minutes from the M2 line, few minutes from mall. Service was very good, room clean, bed comfortable. Would stay at the hotel longer if possible.
