Probably the best hotel we've stayed in our eurotrip on 9 different hotels. Room is very cozy, mixes very well a roustic/wooden with a more modern style. The view to Bagnoregio was absolutely AMAZING. I was always shocked to look at the balcony and see that was our view. The same family that owns the accommodation has a beauty shop inside the Civita, with great products.

This is a really great private top floor unit in a very handy position to town. It is well equiped and modern. Had a small issue but was handled quickly. The bath & shower combo is awkward. Shower head is at knee level and only able to use while seated in the bath.

A very beautiful Italian mountain town.

A very beautiful Italian mountain town. Hard to get to without a car. Buses do not run on Sundays. Taxis are also hard to come by and cost 50 euros each way from Orvieto. That's if you can find one to take you. It was challenging in that way but I'm glad I went!

The old town (Civita) is an amazing place. A living museum.

The old town (Civita) is an amazing place. A living museum. A bit difficult to access, especially in n a hot day, if you’re not young and fit. But it is worth the trouble. The village of Bagnoregio is a quaint place typical of Umbria with 2-3 nice restaurants and old cobbled streets.

Civita di Bagnoregio is unique and charming, but very small.

Civita di Bagnoregio is unique and charming, but very small. Staying a night is fun but there is not much to do so 2 nights was perhaps too much. Bagnoregio does have a nice church, it is not exceptional. Pack light as the walk involved some cheeky up and downhill walking.

A quiet and magical medieval town on top of a hill. To reach the top of the hill, one has to walk around 1 km of a foot bridge. The view of the town and the view from the town are spectacular especially during sunset and sunrise. Towns folk are very friendly. Food is great although a little pricey. Try Cantina di Ariana. The waiter there was very nice. Their food was very good especially the hand-cut ham and the steak that is cooked in front of you by the fire place. Can’t wait to go back there.

Civita di Bagnoregio is definitely worth seeing.

Civita di Bagnoregio is definitely worth seeing. The city has about 12 inhabitants as it is crumbling off of the hillside. It is reachable by walking across a bridge that involves a fairly steep incline at the end. We didn't eat there, but there are many restaurants.

Civita did Bagnoregio is a must see and do when in Umbria /...

Civita did Bagnoregio is a must see and do when in Umbria / Tuscany area. It is fascinating. It is very much a day-trip tourist location, so staying the night within the Civita gives you a whole new perspective. It becomes very quiet, you feel like you have the town to yourself. A caution though, everything closes by about 7pm (19.00), including the restaurants.

Top location, very well decorated and equipped. We visited Civitta di Bagnoregio and decided to stay over night, so even if we were so close to the check in deadline, host was incredibly helpfull and understanding. Fast online check in, code provided for entering, all the details concerning parking at a great rate for the day given. Had a minor issue during our stay, but the host took care of it very kindly. Be pacient if you do not receive an answer ASAP, the internet coverage can be tricky.

Spacious apartment in a great location, very kind host. Breakfast provisions included local treats and a large fruit bowl which we really enjoyed. Beds very comfortable, wifi good. Bagnoregio is a really interesting town to walk around and the remarkable Civita di Bagnoregio is only a 20minute walk away. We had a meal out at the host's restaurant at Civita and the food and service were outstanding.

The location was good for exploring Civita di Bagnoregio, Bolsena, Orvieto, Marta and all the other beautiful towns around. The swimming pool and hammock were a bonus. There is only one studio so no-one else is around. Leonardo is a great host. The bed is on a mezzanine so quite romantic abcs if you like lilac colour then you will love this place, cute and quaint

this was the perfect place to stay for a few nights in Bagnoregio. a perfect location in a small side street, right near restaurants and the bus stop and it’s only a 20 minute walk to the civita lookout, then another 10 to get to the city of civita! it was warm and comfy, and the host was lovely when it came to explaining everything to me.
