This place is a gem 💎 Located in the beautiful village, in the middle of the mountains and close to the sea. The B&B is absolutely beautiful, every detail made with love. Breakfast was fantastic, every morning something very special and always some nice cakes. Paola, the owner, puts nice vinyl music every morning. She is very hardworking. Last morning she even packed some cake with us to the bus❤️ Rooms are freshly renovated, stylish, and the bed had very comfortable mattress. Our room had a balcony facing the mountain and you can see the sunset from there. There are plenty of books about the area,hiking, traditions. This B&B was much more than we could expect. Thank you for an amazing time ☀️ I would I love to come back. There is a bus going from Cagliari, so no problems with the transportation. There are a few good grocery shops and restaurants in the village. P.S. Paola will be opening a new place in the same village, called “Via Roma”. Please check it out, it has even more rooms .

Is a small place just above the sea, 16 minutes by car to the harbour. Beautiful view to the valey and to the sea, not crowded, not very touristy. We loved it. If you want to visit Baunei coast I think is closer if you take a boat from Cala Gonone.

Baunei was a beautiful town which exceeded expectations.

Baunei was a beautiful town which exceeded expectations. It is brilliantly located 15/20 mins away from stunning rocky or sandy beaches. There are 2 little supermarkets which do a roaring trade and some lovely restaurants as well as a very popular gelateria which is open until 11ish! Away from the coast the road beyond Baunei winds through some amazing and dramatic scenery.

Baunei is a beautiful historical village built on the side of a mountain. The views are amazing. Great restaurants and gelato. Fun place to visit for a few nights. We also visited Cala Goloritze while staying in Baunei. A beautiful hike to paradise. The hike out is difficult during the hot temperatures.

We loved Baunei.

We loved Baunei. Especially the village itself up in the mountains. Close knit community. Friendly locals and gorgeous mountain views. We had expected to be in closer proximity to the Coastline. But Baunei is a hill top village.

This small village is just recently explored by tourists, there are good restaurants and bars, beautiful panorama. Houses partly rebuilt and partly in bad, abandoned conditions. It is a perfect place for visiting Supramonte and its beaches.

The apartment is very large, well equipped, and well maintained. All rooms (bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen) have an amazing, panoramic view into the valley (especially, but not only during sunet). Generally, the village of Baunei is located in a unique location, leaning against the edge of the beginning mountains with fantastic views. Maria Rosaria and her family provided a warm reception. It almost felt like old friends. Next time visiting Sardegna, we will aim to spend some nights here again.

Beautiful hotel in a charming Baunei village and close to the best beaches on the Baunei Coast. The hotel staff was amazing and always ready to answer to our questions about to good restaurants around and how to access certain beaches. The hotel is very cozy and clean with delicious local products served for breakfast. There are a lot of beautiful details and decorations in the hotel, and flowers around the hotel. Loved it!

beautiful and brand new small hotel with only three rooms. very nicely decorated and it has beautiful finishes in the newly renovated building. walking distance from the main road of Baunei. the rooftop terrace is lovely. we enjoyed our stay here a lot!
