loved all of it. The place is perfect for traveling with others. 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. Kitchen with dishwasher was a plus. Suggestion would be to have a toaster. We missed having one for morning toast. We DID NOT miss it not having a microwave. The town is charming and welcoming. Close to the airport too (30min drive to Perugia airport). Easy to find parking (you have to pay, however not expensive). I highly recommend to others to stay at TIA apartment.
