This is not just another hotel! An amazing place and hospitality above and beyond! We were 3 couples after more than a week of traveling in southern Italy and were looking for a place to stay near Rome for our return flight, a place that would not be just a "bed for the night" or an airport hotel, but something pampering, and we discovered this magical place near Lake Bracciano. The hotel is small, with 7 rooms, but each room was beautiful and different from the other, decorated down to the last detail and special. The breakfast was not only delicious in a special way, but served with love and taste, with the stunning Monica and her son Marco. What lovely people! Exemplary hosts, they took care of us and answered every question and gave recommendations for excellent restaurants in the area. We stayed 2 nights and if we didn't have to go home, we would have been happy to stay a little longer. This is a perfect place for a quiet and pleasant vacation, a beautiful courtyard that can be suitable for private events and above all, personal and warm hospitality.

Stayed for a day with our two children. Impeccably clean family room, with views over the Lake Bracciano and swimming pool with relaxing area. Very good restaurant and amazing waiter Sergio who knows what a great customer service means. The front desk staff were fantastic friendly and helpful, responsive and proactive. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family!

Super clean and neat with everything you could possibly need. Well maintained and tastefully decorated with lovely views from the large balcony. The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful and available at all hours to assist with any of our queries. She also left a selection of coffees, juices and breakfast items for us which was such a nice touch! We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to everyone.

It’s a lovely medieval town close to a large lake that has other equally pretty towns worth a visit. The lake is very quiet out of season and in the summer is probably busy with boats and other traffic. Restaurants in Bracciano are reasonable and served good food for a variety of tastes. Nearby national park is worth visiting and offers forest walks and beautiful views.

Bracciano is vey good for a day trip from Rome, to visit the Orsini-Odescalchi Castle inside: furniture (I love the ‘baldachino’ beds), guns and armors, and for photos of the lake and medieval town from the terraces. In the evening there’s a special lighting for a picture of the Castle. There are very good restaurants around the castle like the Ristorantino and Trattoria del Castello.

An old Italian town with a castle overseeing a lake with reasonably priced and good Italian food and gelato. The medieval castle Castello Orsini-Odescalchi is well preserved. From sightseeing point of view and for food, it would have been enough for 2 nights.

Amazing town, high up in the mountain overlooking Lago Bracciano. Recommend a car, but there’s limited parking nearby. Walk up lake is steeeeep! Do not try to walk on the road, because there are no sidewalks. There is a VERY STEEP paved short-cut.

A beautiful romantic place near Rome.

A beautiful romantic place near Rome. The accessibility to Rome by train or car is perfect. The train goes to Rome after 30 minutes. By car you can reach the city using the motorway in 40 min. If you park your car in the parking house at the Jonio or Laurentina metro terminus, you have the opportunity to explore Rome in the evening until 0:15, when the garages close. Parking costs just 1.5 EUR. However, the town of Bracciano itself is worth the tour, including the castle and the shores of the volcanic lake.

Fantastic location and Victoria, her husband and colleagues, were exceptional! From the moment we were met by Leo at the airport, we were made to feel so welcome and the local knowledge shared was super helpful. Throughout our stay, nothing was ever too much trouble and we really appreciated how contactable they were and the very kind lift to Trevignano! Both Bracciano village and the Lake are stunning, we will definitely be back and staying again in one of Victoria’s suites. Thank you for having us 😍

The hotel has an excellent location near the beach of the beautiful lake Bracciano. The atmosphere in the place is very pleasant, the owners are nice and patient people. They explained to us about the area and gave us recommendations for places to travel and restaurants. All the recommendations was very helpful. Fantastic design, the place is very clean, comfortable garden. Beautiful view of the lake from the balcony.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable flat. A short walk from the train station and centro storico, a convenient location to explore the region as well. We had a lovely and personalised attention from the check in until we left the apartment. We were greeted at our arrival very quickly without any hassles by Enza. The house was spacious, clean lots of light and very central to the beautiful city of Bracciano.
