Our second stay in this beautiful Agriturismo - on our way back home from the Provence to Austria. The surrounding is most beautiful, the neighborhood very quiet. The apartment itself and our host are simply fantastic. Everything clean and tidy, very stylish and cozy. On the evening of our stay there was a theater performance and a wine tasting in the courtyard and our host simply invited us to participate, which was very nice. We can not only recommend this object to stay for one night only when traveling far distances but also to stay for a longer period of time to enjoy the amenities of the apartment and go for some enjoyable hikes in the beautiful surrounding with its amazing wineyards everywhere.

One of the best accommodations I’ve had the chance to stay in recently – and I travel a lot. For this price range, I was genuinely impressed with everything, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The host welcomed me already on the street and found a suitable spot for my large car, even helping me park it. Then I was kindly greeted by his mother and daughter, who showed me around the house and explained all the amenities. I didn’t even know breakfast was included – they simply asked what I would like and at what time I wanted it prepared. Since I was planning to leave early, they offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast instead, which was such a nice surprise! They were even so kind as to offer help carrying my suitcase upstairs – which I politely declined, but it just shows the level of service and care they provide. After a long day of travel, all I wanted was a shower – and to my delight, the bathroom was spacious, clean, and even had a bathtub where I could properly relax. The room had working air conditioning that cooled it down instantly, plus a Smart TV with Netflix. The bed was so comfortable that I ended up sleeping longer than planned. Instead of leaving at 5 AM, I left at 7, and was welcomed downstairs by the son with a beautifully set breakfast table and my takeaway box ready. He also made me probably the best cappuccino I’ve ever had – the foam was perfect, and I immediately asked for a second one. As I was leaving, I got my takeaway breakfast, and he kindly handed me a cold bottle of water for the road. Just wow – incredible service from start to finish. Welcoming, generous and friendly staff, location beautiful, renovation of good quality - good to have air con as we arrived at 34 degrees. Restaurant next door had superb home grown food- real farm to table . Even the wine was made from grapes grown on site and the pasta from their wheat. Ad hoc tour of the farm was very special. Dogs were welcome.

This was definitely a highlight of our vacation. An absolutely amazing place, with very friendly and helpful hosts, Raffaella and the property manager Darwin. We only saw Darwin when he brought us some refreshments; otherwise, he was like a ghost, even though he stayed at the castle the entire time. 😄 We’d just notice cushions appearing and disappearing, the pool always clean, etc. Both Raffaella and Darwin promptly assisted us with every request we had. Thank you! The property is wonderful and feels truly authentic, the decorations aren’t just for show and include some historical artifacts. The pool was clean and very pleasant, and the view was incredible. For part of our stay, we had the property to ourselves, which was a truly amazing experience. We didn’t miss a thing - cold water was always available in the fridge, there were board games, and even a ping-pong table. Calm, peaceful, and VERY PRIVATE. Exploring the entire property was a magical, game-like experience.
