Hotel staff were wonderful it's a Family run hotel and little touches like coming out to help bring the suitcases in and the same when we left were very appreciated.The Spa was one oc the nicest I've been to and when you book it you have private access lots of candles had been lit for us and lots if attention to detail.So relaxing. The breakfast was wonderful with a lovely waitress and the choice of indoor or outdoor tables.Parking in a private car park is available and was free. The whole hotel is set on the side of the mountain so has multiple levels and steps. If you have difficult with stairs be sure to book a ground floor apartment. We really enjoyed our stay the walk to the beach is about 10 mins down a path and some steps not too steep and very straightforward.We also appreciated the discounted ferry codes and restaurant and beach access associated with the hotel Available on request.The hotel is 3 star but the service and decor was 5 star. The beach itself is white sand and shallow clear water you have to go out a bit to swim. The whole atmosphere on the beach was very chilled and peaceful and facilities were eccellent there are 2 Private beach access and 2 free beaches. The restaurant on the beach was amazing a huge choice of food from salads to sandwiches to pasta and fritto misto of fish.Also very good prices and well organised there is also a bar for fresh gelato and coffee and cocktails and a edicola and gift shop with the building.This was a big plus as we could walk down from the hotel and relax on the beach all day and everything we needed was there.Would definitely go back and would recommend this hotel and the Fetovaia beach and bar.

Location, parking, room facilities all very good. Breakfast was amazing with the lovely accommodating staff always having my gluten free basket of products ready for when I arrived for breakfast . Pleasant and efficient. Always happy to help with any request / even went asked for an Iron. Very close to beach/ sea front and easy access to many restaurants locally. Laundry facilities just a few doors down from hotel - brilliant if travelling around.

Fantastic stay! We ended up staying 3 nights (booked 2 more when we arrived) and we had a great time. Close to the beach, friendly staff that did a lot for us, nice little pool at the back. Easy to get to by bus, restaurants by the beach and 10 min walk to the village. The beach is ideal for families.

The location was fair enough because we had our own car but being on the hill it provided the best view & atmosphere being in nature & very close to a bay u reach 10min walk & hiked to the lighthouse. Also close to the Marina di campo beach but beacuse of uphill location, u need a car or electric bike if u have things with u or kids/babies

Functiunal small apartment with everything we needed and wonderful view of the beach from the terrace (apartment pax plus). Friendly host. Even beside what we didn't like, we would recommend this place for relaxed holiday. Marina di Campo is just short walk away and it is our favourite place in the island.

Excellent location on the beach. Small, boutique hotel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Great shared balcony overlooking the sea.
