A beautiful property in an incredible setting. The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The property has recently been lovingly restored into a perfect small bed and breakfast hotel. We also enjoyed an excellent lunch on their terrace. There is a great choice of restaurants in nearby Arezzo but a car is needed.

The jacuzzi with the great view on our own porch was awesome. The location is secluded in between olive and wine fields. The staff was very nice and allowed us to switch our bungalow to a one with a better view. We were there in October and were alone.

The accommodations are in typical Tuscan style and are only really appealing because of the pool. Otherwise, the price would be too high. There are no restaurants within walking distance. The nearest supermarket is about a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk. However, it's very quiet, and the owner is attentive and tries to fulfill every wish.

The breakfast was delicious—not a myriad of store-bought items, but just the right amount of homemade, and both sweet and savory were excellent. I especially liked the homemade jam. I like it. One flaw: I would have liked a TV in the room; with a baby, that helps!

A small town on the banks of the Arno River.

A small town on the banks of the Arno River. It has a lovely riverside setting and a beautiful park. A bar overlooks the park, offering live music on some summer evenings. At the end of town, a lovely summer restaurant with outdoor seating offers grilled meats, from arrosticini to Florentine steaks, excellent and at absolutely reasonable prices. Recommended.

Villa Spino is an amazing place, in an accessible place in the mountains, near Arezzo, above Capolona. The owner of the house is an amazing woman, a great hostess, The breakfast in the house is varied and delicious. The cherry on the cake is the amazing garden with beautiful plants and flowers, as well as the kind and playful dog Gioto. Words are not enough to describe this experience. It was hard to leave, but I would definitely return to Villa Spino.

The place is just like a house of your friend. Rossana is very kind and trying to make you comfortable and happy. She asked us what do we like to eat for breakfast. A very silent and peaceful place. However, you need a car to visit Villaspino. It is from 5 minutes drive to the nearest village Capolona. In Capolona there is a very good restaurant for price/performance and variety of food. Our children spent very happy 3 days with lovely Giotto.
