Very clean villa, situated on a private road, very close to a very Italian restaurant Luxale with great selection of pastries, a great variety of pizza options and delicious tagliata steak. The host is a very nice lady, always happy to assist with info about the surroundings. The room is very spacious and super clean. I believe it’s important to mention that there’s no bus from and to Malpensa Airport and a taxi ride costs between 50 and 70 euro. When leaving Malpensa to go to Color House, the best and easiest way to grab a taxi is either via a taxi app or going in front of Sheraton hotel. The little village is cute for a stroll around and offers many options for food and groceries, as well for shopping on preloved, vintage designer clothes and accessories.

If you need to stay in this city, this is probably the best option! The hotel is truly great, much better than what we expected. 1. It's located not in the city center but it's super close to the Busto Arsizio Nord railway station (like 7 min by feet). And there are a lot of supermarkets close to the hotel. If you need to get to the city center or to the main railway station, it may take 20-25 min by feet but it's not super far and the road is nice. Area is pretty safe. We stayed in this hotel as we had a change in Malpensa for the whole day, it's awesome place, as from the Nord station you get to the airport in 10 min by train. 2. Staff is nice and friendly, we appreciate it a lot! 3. Breakfasts were also very very nice. You have everything you need: delicious scrambled eggs (truly the most delicious scrambled eggs I've tried), different croissants and pastries, ham, different cheeses with fig jam - everything fresh and delicious. 4. Room was great as well. It's really huge, the bed was very comfortable and it was very clean, so thank you very much!

The rooms are, in fact, separate sections of a long 1-level building, each with its own entrance, terrace and parking place. Really liked the concept. Rooms are clean and well-furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is tasty and diverse, which you normally don't expect in Italy. The hotel definitely deserves each of its 4 stars. Liked it a lot!
