For me - Italy is a sun, good vine, good food and friendly people. And at this place we had all we need. We were with ours dogs and everything was perfect. The Owner is wonderful person and cooks really tasty. I hope we will return there soon. Thank you so much for this time.

From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The host family was so warm and kind, and the hostess herself was simply outstanding. We were blown away when she cooked a special dinner just for us, which was a truly unique and delicious experience. The house itself has an older charm but is incredibly cozy and comfortable. Every morning, we were treated to a perfect breakfast, prepared exactly to our wishes. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into making our stay special. This was more than just a hotel stay; it was a one-of-a-kind experience we wouldn't want to miss. We give it ten out of ten points and highly recommend it to anyone looking for genuine hospitality.

I liked many things 1) It was a beautiful place 2) It was in a nice neighborhood. 3) The owners were really helpful. I had two awkward requests and all of them were completely satisfied, such as late check in and special food supply. 4) Magnificent breakfast. Excellent taste, quality and choices. Moreover homemade and feel like mom's place. I really loved stracciatella cheese, thought that was mozzarella but was much tastier. 5) Rooms very comfortable and new.

A small town in the province of Pavia, just a few kilometers from Pavia and the Certosa di Pavia. It's an ideal, quiet location. The town center is well-organized, and there's absolutely no shortage of parking. It's the perfect place for a truly relaxing weekend.

We drove straight to our accommodation and stayed there.

We drove straight to our accommodation and stayed there. We also had a good dinner there and then went to bed early. The next morning we set off again quite early. Therefore, we can't describe the town of Casteggio.

The hotel was not as advertised on Booking.com!

The hotel was not as advertised on Booking.com! No Wi-Fi, no shower in the bathroom, no parking, breakfast consisted of a small biscuit, four rusks (no choice of jam), one coffee, and one glass of orange juice in a plastic cup... and to pay, you had to go to another building with all your luggage... I am very disappointed.
