We loved everything about our stay. The view from the window was stunning. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We traveled by car, so having free parking nearby was very convenient. We also drove into the city without any issues, parked, and enjoyed exploring the area. Everything was perfect.

Our stay at this place was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. The hospitality was outstanding, and we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. Despite it not being the peak season, the service was impeccable, making us feel like special guests. The rooms are new, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, providing a very comfortable stay. The views are absolutely breathtaking, making every moment unforgettable. The road to the property, like many in the area, is winding but absolutely manageable, and thanks to Apple Maps, we found it right away without any issues. The highlight of our visit was the incredible cuisine. We highly recommend trying the tasting menu at the restaurant – it’s the perfect way to discover the authentic, homemade flavors of Sicily. A place definitely worth recommending!

What a find!!! Gorgeous, charming hotel with parking!!! We booked the suite with terrace …what a view and our room was delightful! Views from this hotel are amazing!!! Dining areas …stunning. Castel Mola is a picturesque hilltop town above Taormina.

Castel Mola is a picturesque hilltop town above Taormina. There is a limited bus service but I would not recommend a car. There are lots of steps and narrow streets. The restaurants were good value. The church is interesting and there are great views of Etna.

Quaint town set on the top of a hill - quite amazing to visit! Fantastic views of Mt Etna and surrounds. Many cute restaurants and terraces. If you have the opportunity to stay for dinner the town has a different feel in the evening once the day trippers has have left. The famous Bar Turrisi is fantastic for drinks, dinner or Gelato.

It is a beautiful little mountain top village.

It is a beautiful little mountain top village. Nice hike/walk down to Taormina or easy bus if you wish. Great place to relax. I would worry about it being even more overrun with tourists in peak season but it makes sense why. If you drive by car and are not comfortable with small, steep roads - take some anxiety meds and take your time!

Quiet and quaint village.

Quiet and quaint village. The views are amazing, there are the basic shops like pharmacy and grocer in case you need something. The only downside is the frequency of the busses out of Castelmola. The first one is about 6.30am-7am to go to Taormina, and then the next one is 10am. Most shops open around 10am, except for the cafe in the piazza and the pharmacy, which open earlier. You can get anywhere in Castelmola on foot. There is also il sentiero dei Saraceni which takes you on foot to Taormina. It is a steep walk down so prepare comfortable shoes if you plan on taking this walk.

Amazing place to stay.

Amazing place to stay. We went to Taormina for the day and enjoyed Castelmola during the evenings. Amazing view of the city and Mt Etna from the castle. It was easy to get to Taormina and we used both walking paths to get upto Castelmola, we enjoyed both paths equally. Loads of good shops/restaurants in the area too. Pizzeria Nina for pizza was amazing.

We booked the room just a few minutes before we checked-in. Everything was fast and easy. The guy who received us was very nice and helpful. The hotel is simple, spacious and clean. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was a comfortable, but the best thing was the balcony with THE VIEW. Do not miss the breakfast with that beautiful view, it is very romantic! Parking was free and easy to find. Regarding location, it is close to the touristic points in Castelmola, but not that close to Taormina touristic area.

Apartman, have an amazing view on Etna Vulcano from every position. You woke up with this view. You have more than you need in the apartman. Coffee machine with coffee pods,milk,wine,water.... I think Chicca tried to spoil us. 😉 Chicca is so helpful. She gave us so much information for our stay that you don't know where to start first. One of our best experiences. Great location for visiting Taormina.Castelmola is the original Sycilian experience. Small and extremely simpatic.

The view from the hotel room (with a view of Etna, Taormina and Naxos) For the room where that was applicable at least. The other room had a view of a mountain. And that was no more than that. Parking was to be done in a parking facility at approx. 100m walking from the hotel. Which was OK, because basically it's a small mountain and a lot of people living on that mountain. An interesting experience from logistics point of view.

Room was clean, spacious and equipped as advertised. Location is great in the middle of Castelmola (as long as you don’t mind the winding road up the mountain if driving). Staff were friendly and accommodating.
