Our recent trip to Italy was truly a unique and unforgettable experience, made even more special by our wonderful host, Gianluca. As this was our first visit to Italy, we were a bit excited about the trip, Gianluca's warm hospitality and exceptional communication made everything so much easier and enjoyable. He was always available to help with whatever we needed, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible.The house itself was spotless, meticulously maintained, and furnished with brand-new furniture, which made our stay even more pleasant.

An excellent location next to the beach with balcony with fantastic view. A proximity (walking distance) of main square of Lerici with very good restaurants for different choice. Room was not very big but reasonable. Price was very attractive (may happen, it is off-season only?). Breakfast was very rich for every taste. Staff was very friendly and willing to help or give advice, here I would specially mention Ricardo.

Fabulously warm welcome, the owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted. Despite our poor Italian the owners made us feel really welcome. The evening meal was outstanding. Value for money also excellent, we would definitely gi back.

    pretty village with everything one needs, the church was...

    pretty village with everything one needs, the church was also very beautiful. had amazing fish dinner at Ristorante di Ale and lovely pizza place at S Stefano di Magra called Il Borgo Ceparana was a great location giving us easy access to other touristy places to visit within an hour's drive whilst not being over touristy itself.
