The position of the hotel is the best possible in Chioggia. We liked the hotel atmosphere and design. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. And a special note - this hotel is really pet friendly. It is not just that they accept your pets, they really accomodate them remarkebly , thinking about all the details. It's in a very good location. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, two grocery stores down the street and a bakery in opposite the house. The breakfast in the bakery was heavenly. The owner welcomed us who was very kind and helpful.

We were greeted by the most charming elderly man, who radiated all the cozy, welcoming vibes you can imagine. He immediately made us feel like we were part of the family, giving us tips on where to find the best local restaurants and then personally escorting us to our room to make sure we knew every detail. The hospitality here is next level. The room itself? Cozy, spotless, and just the right balance of old-world charm with modern comforts. You get all the character of a centuries-old building, but none of the “I’m afraid to touch this antique dresser” anxiety. Plus, it smells great, which is always a win. And the breakfast? Oh, the breakfast! It was like waking up to a gourmet feast—amazing coffee, delicious food, and that same homey feeling you get throughout your entire stay. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend if you're looking for a stay that's full of heart, character, and the kind of hospitality you thought only existed in movies. Just make sure you save room for breakfast—you won’t want to miss it!

Small cozy family hotel in a wonderful, very authentic town. Spacious room with everything you need, very clean and comfortable. Breathtaking view from the windows onto the central place. Tasty breakfast. Very friendly and caring owners who made us feel at home. Special thanks to Lorenzo, who always helped us with the recommendations. Highly recommend the place and the hotel! Located in the heart of Chioggia, clean and new. Easy self-check in & check out. There‘s no fridge in the room, which for us was an advantage as it is hence super quiet, but might be an issue for guests who bring food/drinks needing refrigeration. If coming by car you can unload your luggage at the appartement but need to park elsewhere. With a motorbike, parking in direct proximity is not an issue at all.

    This is a place I would advice to visit.

    This is a place I would advice to visit. Every time I find something new here, enjoying summer evenings and salt water smell... Fishing boats and sound of the waves... Markets on Thursdays and evening concerts in July at Musica in laguna festival.

    Beautiful little ancient town with traditional houses and canals that is very popular with the locals. Loved the Thursday market when the main street transforms completely, a real old time market feeling. The Fish Market is one of the best.

    Chioggia is a gem in the northeast of Italy. if you want to visit Venice, better to lodge in Chioggia, save some money and travel to Venice either by bus or by ferry. beautiful and scenographic ride from Chioggia to Venice. Beach if fabulous for kids thanks to chemical properties of the sand (iodine good for lungs and respiration)

    Lovely old town, lively but not overun.

    Lovely old town, lively but not overun. Countless bars and restaurants with pavement tables - some of the latter very good indeed, especially if you are a fish-lover. The pace is relaxed and the atmosphere welcoming. A real town lived in by real people- who come out in force for the huge Thursday street. We loved Chioggia - a real find. We'll be back!

    The accommodation has a very strategic location, close to...

    The accommodation has a very strategic location, close to everything. That's the most important thing for me. Otherwise, the accommodation consists of one room divided in half into a sleeping area and a kitchenette with a table. The bathroom is fully adequate, just in the shower was very difficult to manage betweenhot and cold water. A big plus is the host, who explains exactly where everything is and also sent links to everything you need. Very helpful and professional.

    The property was everything we hoped for:- well equipped, wonderful location, clean, quiet, air conditioned and with the owners nearby to help out when the need arose. There were bikes available - perfect for the short trip to the beach - and plenty of advice about where to go. It was just as described online and made for a perfect week in a beautiful part of Italy.

    The host is extremely helpful. We received a lot of useful tips, and quick responses to our questions. The place itself is really comfortable and nicely decorated. It's well-equipped even for a longer stay. The location, in the old part of Chioggia, is very convenient and only a minute-walk away from vaporetto stop to Venice.
