The direct access to the lake is perfect - being able to swim in the beautiful lake whenever you please - in your own garden - is a dream come true! The scenery is breathtaking. Mattia was really very helpful and always on hand to answer queries or provide assistance. The apartment helpfully provides coffee and some toiletries and is well equipped meaning you can cook as you would at home. The apartment was very clean. The apartment is in a good location a minute from a bakery, bar and mini market and a restaurant with great food. The geographical location is great with Lugano Switzerland and Menaggio Como together with lots of other lakeside towns close by although a car was essential Free parking

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

Idyllic setting, ferry terminal across from the hotel & bus stop at the door. Lovely family run hotel, every wish fulfilled by the staff, very friendly & helpful, generous breakfast buffet with espresso/cappucino included, good restaurant in the hotel with extensive menu, 4 pages of pizzas to choose from, well cooked meals, steak was perfectly cooked. Room cleaned daily. Other restaurants a few metres from the hotel also.

Beautiful house on the shore of Lake Lugano at the quieter northern end just outside Cima. You can enter the lake directly from the garden which is fantastic for swimming , relaxing and generally cooling off. The house is well furnished and equipped. Rooms large. No air conditioning but by ventilating early morning then closing the shutters / curtains during the day the house remained cool.
